Doha Girls Center Conducts Tourism Workshop and Field Visit in a Public Venue

As part of its mission to empower young girls and expand their knowledge of diverse career fields, Doha Girls Center successfully organized a Tourism Workshop and Field Visit on September 29 at a public venue, aimed at introducing participants to the tourism and travel industry and the importance of cultural exchange.

The event featured an interactive workshop where participants explored the fundamentals of the tourism sector, discovered career opportunities in travel and hospitality, and discussed the role of intercultural communication in global tourism.

Following the session, the group took part in a field visit designed to offer a real-world perspective on how tourism functions in Qatar. The experience allowed the participants to engage directly with professionals in the field and observe practical aspects of the industry in a dynamic public setting.
