Doha Girls Center successfully conducted an interactive workshop titled 🌿 “Prevention of Chronic Diseases” under the slogan ✨ “Your Health Today is an Investment in Your Future” ✨ at the center’s headquarters, targeting females aged 12–39 years, as part of its ongoing efforts to promote health awareness and encourage healthy lifestyles among girls and young women 👩‍⚕️💚

🎯 The workshop aimed to raise awareness about the importance of adopting a healthy lifestyle and preventing chronic diseases through daily healthy habits, including balanced nutrition 🥗, regular physical activity 🏃‍♀️, quality sleep 😴, and stress management 🌸, contributing to building a healthier and more aware community.

📌 The workshop covered several important educational topics, including:
🔹 Identifying the most common chronic diseases such as diabetes, obesity, and heart disease ❤️
🔹 Understanding the relationship between daily lifestyle habits and the development of these diseases
🔹 Recognizing physical warning signs and learning how to deal with them
🔹 Promoting awareness of the importance of balancing physical and mental health 🧠💪

The workshop also highlighted the “Four Pillars of Prevention,” which included:
🥗 Smart nutrition
🏃‍♀️ Regular physical activity
😴 Healthy sleep habits
🌿 Stress management techniques

In addition, the workshop shed light on the hidden dangers of added sugars in beverages and their impact on overall health 🥤⚠️
