Doha Girls Center organized Qimam Camp 2026 – 9th Edition under the theme “Journey of Impact”, from 2 to 5 August 2026 at the Center’s headquarters, with the participation of girls aged 15–18. The camp was held within the framework of the “Full and Active Youth Participation” pillar of the Qatar National Youth Policy.

The camp aimed to empower participants to strengthen their role in active community engagement, reinforce national identity, and develop leadership and teamwork skills through an interactive program that combined learning, practical application, and innovation. It also contributed to preparing a generation of young women capable of creating meaningful impact and making positive contributions to society.

The camp featured a diverse range of activities and programs focused on developing leadership and teamwork skills, strengthening national identity and positive values, and promoting the principles of social responsibility and belonging. It also supported the development of creative thinking, innovation, problem-solving, and initiative-taking skills.

The program included leadership and personal development workshops, practical skills workshops, field trips, team challenges and competitions, sports and physical activities, and creative and artistic experiences, providing participants with diverse opportunities to learn, interact, and apply their newly acquired skills in an inspiring and supportive environment.

The camp witnessed strong engagement from the participants, with group activities and challenges fostering teamwork, self-confidence, and a sense of responsibility. The program also encouraged participants to share innovative ideas and develop youth initiatives capable of creating sustainable community impact.

The camp concluded with a range of experiences and outcomes reflecting the leadership and life skills gained by the participants, as well as creative ideas that embodied the concept of “Creating Impact.” These experiences enhanced their ability to apply their skills in their academic, community, and future endeavors.
