Doha Girls Center organized a training workshop entitled “Employment and Entrepreneurship”, aimed at equipping participants with essential professional skills and enhancing their readiness for the job market. The workshop focused on developing professional CVs, building a strong professional identity, strengthening participants’ digital presence on LinkedIn, and improving their job interview skills.
The workshop enabled 20 participants to prepare professional CVs by the end of the program. It also provided practical training on creating and enhancing LinkedIn profiles, allowing participants to apply the skills they acquired and strengthen their future employment and career development opportunities.
The program covered several key topics, including the fundamentals of professional CV writing and common mistakes to avoid, creating and optimizing a professional LinkedIn profile, job interview skills such as preparation techniques, body language, and effective interview responses, as well as the concept of personal branding and the importance of building a strong professional identity.
The workshop featured a high level of interaction through practical exercises and engaging discussions, helping participants enhance their professional competencies, build self-confidence, and better prepare for the demands of today’s workplace.
