On the occasion of International Youth Day, Doha Girls Center is organizing the “Youth Initiatives Challenge”, a competition designed to promote innovation and positive competition among youth centers. Each participating center will be represented by a team of 3–5 participants who will design and present innovative youth initiatives that serve the community, with a particular focus on digital awareness initiatives. The challenge reflects the Center’s commitment to empowering young women, developing their leadership skills, and fostering a culture of innovation and sustainable social impact.

🎯 Event Objectives:

✨ Empower participating teams to design innovative, implementable youth initiatives that address community and digital issues.

✨ Develop participants’ creative thinking, problem-solving, and initiative design skills through an intensive program that combines both theoretical and practical learning.

✨ Raise awareness of cybersecurity and digital responsibility by equipping participants with essential practices that help protect individuals and communities from digital risks.

✨ Strengthen participants’ planning skills and their ability to develop effective implementation plans for community initiatives.

✨ Foster teamwork, positive competition, leadership, and effective communication among the participating teams.

👧 Target Group: Teams representing youth centers, consisting of 3–5 participants from each center, aged 18–21 years.

The event features a comprehensive program that includes specialized workshops on cybersecurity and digital responsibility, initiative design, implementation planning, visual identity (branding) development, and creating sustainable social impact. Through these sessions, participating teams will transform innovative ideas into practical community initiatives.
